那須黒磯駅前図書館のプロポーザルで、地場産の石のタワーと地場産の木の床で構成された、街路としての図書館を提案しました。現代における地域の図書館は、図書館としてではなく、本のある公共空間として存在するべきだという思考が建築化されています。
This is Competition for library in front of Nasu Kuroiso station, Tochigi, Japan, 2016. Local stone brick towers and local wood slabs create public promenade with many facility & books. The library should not be just library today, but the public space should provide opportunity to meet/ stay with/ listen/ see/ know/ get “informations” like books.
